Pole Attachments

The Borough of Lehighton does not allow signs to be placed on utility poles. It is illegal to place a yard sale, lost pet and other advertisements on the poles and could result in a fine.

The Borough allows pole attachments, under the FCC Guidelines, by cable TV, telephone and communications providers. To make a pole attachment, please contact the Borough Secretary at (610) 377-4002 ext. 211.
