Upgrading Our Utility Billing Software

In an effort to better serve our customers, we are in the process of upgrading our Utility Billing Software.  Implementation will occur in early Spring of 2017.  With the new software, you will now be able to pay bills online and see your Account History online.  Please be aware that the bills will have a new look.  If you have any changes to your contact information, such as telephone or billing address, please contact the Utility Billing Office at 610-377-4004, so your information can be updated.  Please be patient as we go through this transition.

The borough is now accepting credit card payments for paying your borough utility bill. There is also a drop box on the North Street entrance side for dropping off payments after office hours and on weekends only.

* NOTE *  Payments put in the drop box * AFTER 8:00 A.M. * will be deposited and applied to the account the * next business day *. We will not be responsible for cash payments left in the drop box.  If you require a receipt, please bring you bill payment stub with you.

New residents must apply in person for utility service.  A driver's license or other valid form of photo ID is needed to apply.

A security deposit is required at time of application for all tenants both residential and commercial.  $200 utility only deposit  and $300 for utilities with electric heat is required before utilities will be turned on.
