Cadet annual salary starts at $ 60,185.04 after academy graduation.   Experienced Officer with 2 or more years of experience salary starts at $72,222.48 depending on experience.  Top Patrolman salary for 2024 is $80,246.72.

Lateral experienced officers are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be 21 years old, have a high school diploma/GED, possession of a valid driver’s license and Act 120 certified to apply. Cadets must provide proof of Act 120 certification upon graduation from the academy.  The Borough of Lehighton is an equal opportunity employer.
