Fireworks Permit Required

Lehighton Borough Council and Mayor would like to remind all Borough residents that a Fireworks Permit is required for all fireworks other than novelty fireworks. Novelty fireworks include wire sparklers, dipped sticks, party poppers, toy smoked devices, snakes and glow worms. If you have questions please contact the Borough Secretary at 610-377-4002*211.
