The Recreation Center has the following amenities and can be reserved for a variety of activities, parties, events and other rentals.

• Gymnasium
• Fully equipped kitchen with serving window
• Large Meeting Room
• Pool Table
• Indoor restrooms

Rental Rate:

• $200 for parties and other events
• $400 for large events that charge admission/fees

Summer Youth Program:  (FREE)

• For Children in Grades 1 through 8
• Activities include Arts & Crafts, Basketball, Dodgeball, Hide the Flag, Kickball and more
• Staffed by Recreation Employees
• Monday through Friday during the month of July starting Monday, July 10^th
• The program is held from 9:00 am to 11:45 am
• Thursdays the program is held at Lehighton’s Baer Memorial Swimming Pool
• MUST Pre-register at the Baer Memorial Pool the week of June 26th to attend the Summer Youth Program
• No transportation provided.

Winter Youth Program:  (FREE)

• For children in Grades 4 through 8
• Activities include Basketball, Kickball, Dodge ball, Ping Pong, Pool
• Staffed by Recreation Employees
• Sign-ups can occur any night the program is held at the Recreation Center
• No transportation provided.

Little Free Library:

• The Little Free Library is a free book-sharing box where anyone may take a book or share a book. It functions on the honor system. You do not need to share a book in order to take one. If you take a book or two from the little library, try to bring some to share at a later time.

Next to the Recreation Center sits “The Grove” which has a playground, basketball courts, pavilion with picnic benches and outdoor restroom facilities.

Rental (for parties, etc.):

• Recreation Center Rental rate is $200
• Rental rates for events is $400 in which registration fees and admission is charged.
