Lehighton Borough will be trying odd/even parking this year during snow falls of 4 inches or more and for snow removal. This will be done borough wide with NO tickets given out if a vehicle is not moved. There are orange signs posted on each street to remind residents of the odd/even parking during the winter months when snow is predicted. Parking will be on the odd side of the street on odd numbered days and on the even side of the street on even numbered days. There is also a borough wide phone call that will be made to residents when snow removal will begin. The borough wide phone call will also inform residents in what areas vehicles need to observe odd/even parking on certain days for snow removal.
